How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Domestic orders should take about 3- 5 days, consider that are no interruptions with the transit but if interruption customer will be notified promptly if delays occur with delivery.
International orders should take about 8-12 days, consider delays depending on your country’s customs. ASRIEL is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.
All orders will require a signature upon delivery, ASRIEL does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with shipping company used.
Do You Ship Internationally?
ASRIEL ships Internationally! The default pricing on our site is in USD, the conversion rate depends on your issuing credit card company used on the transaction. Please see our currency convertor located at the bottom of our website to change currency on the site. The site will default US Dollars on the checkout page.
It usually takes 6-10 business days to arrive in your country however, in some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country’s customs. ASRIEL is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery
For orders shipping within the US, sales tax will be charged at checkout only on orders shipping to Florida. Within the EU, prices displayed on the website are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). If you are shipping to any other region outside of the US and EU, applicable duties will be charged at checkout. All other non-customs-related local taxes are the customer’s responsibility, and ASRIEL is not responsible for reporting or paying additional local taxes to states, such as Use Tax. Taxes and Duties (other than VAT) are calculated on the total merchandise value, after discounts or promotions have been applied.
When shipping to countries outside of the US (see list below), most destinations are delivered on a Delivery Duty Paid basis, which means relevant import taxes and duties are calculated at checkout and processed by ASRIEL once your order ships. If you are shipping on Delivery Duty Unpaid basis, import taxes and duties will not be paid through ASRIEL. Instead, the shipping carrier will invoice you upon delivery of your merchandise.

My Purchase was over $75 dollars but my shipping cost was not waived?
Free shipping for orders over $75 applies to U.S. Domestic, Canada, and U.K. shipments only (when using standard delivery) when the total of the order less any discount applied is equal to or greater than $75.00. International Orders over $150 also qualify for free shipping.

Payment Information
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
Asriel offers several payment methods such as visa, MasterCard, discover and American Express cards. We also take PayPal store credit via ASRIEL E-Gift Cards. Our store issued Gift Cards are currently exclusive to our ONLINE stores, and are unable to be used in store. Similarly, our E-Gift Cards are exclusive to online purchases.

Orders and Returns
How do I place an Order?
Simply place your order and your order will be shipped directly to shipping address. If you prefer to shop within our Boutique, you will pay in full whether the item is available to ship on the online store.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You can easily create your own ASRIEL profile by creating a username and password but it is not required for purchase.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
We know how essential your purchase is, unfortunately we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed, we welcome returning the item back to us using our Returns Policy.
How Do I Track My Order?
Please use the tracking option at the top of the page for quick information. In your shipping confirmation email, you will receive a link for tracking your package. You can monitor your package’s progress until it’s delivered to your door. Depending on the shipping method selected used you can visit USPS.com or FedEx.com to enter the tracking number emailed to you and track location of your package.
For International shipping: In your email you will receive tracking information. The tracking information will only track up until package leaves United States as airmail. From there, please plan an additional 6-10 business days before delivery. To track your package, enter your tracking number here: with our carrier service.
How Can I Return a Product?
Return policy, please send it back to our Manufacture center within 7 days of the delivery date with a completed return slip. Please Place order number(s) on the return slip so credit can be distributed accurately. All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached. We are happy to issue you a refund in the form of a ASRIEL E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase. E-Gift Cards EXPIRE after 1 year! Please print return slip and submit with return item to ensure that you receive your refund IN THE FORM OF AN E-CARD.
Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all ASRIEL and product tags attached. Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
Merchandise purchased online can be returned via mail to our distribution center. No in-person drop offs will be accepted at our distribution center or corporate office. We recommend shipping packages back using USPS Flat Rate shipping with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages. Without proof of receipt and delivery, ASRIEL will not issue return credit.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. ASRIEL does not provide return shipping labels. A replacing fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an “un-deliverable” address.
ASRIEL reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
• An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
• An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
• Potential fraudulent or criminal activity &Wardrobing & Excessive Returns.
